From November 9th to 21st, the 15th National Games was grandly held. For the first time jointly hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, this edition became the largest in scale, longest in schedule, and involved the most host cities in the history of this national-level large-scale comprehensive sports event. Adhering to the philosophy of "Simple, Safe, and Splendid" for hosting the Games, over 90% of the competition venues were renovated and upgraded from existing facilities, pioneering the practice of not constructing new large venues for the first time in the Games' history.
Leveraging its strong technical capabilities and innovative solutions, ERA deeply participated in the Games, leaving a distinct "ERA" mark at numerous venues including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center, Shenzhen Sports Center, Dongguan Basketball Arena, Shenzhen Universiade Center, Shenzhen Guangming Science Park, Pingshan Sports Center, and Shenzhen Youth Football Training Base.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Road Cycling Race, introduced for the first time as a cross-border event in the National Games, was held on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. During the race, athletes could pass through the three ports of the bridge six times uninterrupted using technologies like facial recognition and pre-check, enjoying a seamless, "no-brake" clearance experience. ERA's HDPE water supply pipes were used here, providing solid assurance for the event with their excellent performance and quality.

Smooth inner wall, resistant to scaling.
Elongation at break exceeding 350%, offering strong adaptability to uneven settlement and dislocation of the pipe base.
Excellent seismic resistance, high shear strength, and scratch resistance.
Outstanding environmental adaptability.
Service life of over 50 years.
Capable of withstanding the continuous test of 24-hour uninterrupted water supply during the event.
02. Guangzhou Tianhe Sports CenterThe Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center Stadium is China's first nearly zero-carbon large-scale stadium. With the "one stadium, two gymnasiums" as its core, supplemented by over ten types of supporting facilities, it formed China's first large-scale comprehensive sports center built in a single phase. It also served as a shared venue for these National Games and the National Para Games, hosting the Para Games opening ceremony and football events (Women's Under-16 group) for the 15th Games.ERA's HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipes and ERA PE Solid Wall Communication Pipes, with their excellent performance, became key supports ensuring the smooth operation of the events.
The double-layer wall is relatively rigid, avoiding the easy deformation characteristic of single-layer thin walls.
Lightweight product.
Flexible connections using natural rubber seals facilitate easy installation, reliable connections, minimal leakage, and low comprehensive cost.
Service life of up to 50 years.

Smooth inner wall without burrs; absolute roughness ratio is 1/20 that of steel, significantly reducing friction resistance during cable pulling.
Elongation at break over 350% grants the pipes high shear resistance, strong scratch resistance, and low brittle temperature.
Safe for use within a temperature range of -20°C to 40°C.
Ensures continuous and stable signal transmission in any environment.

As one of the most important competition zones, the Shenzhen Universiade Center operated its stadium, gymnasium, and natatorium simultaneously, hosting multiple events. During the Games, water usage in the venues was high and concentrated in specific periods, leading to frequent pump starts and stops. Sudden changes in water flow velocity within the pipes created significant "water hammer" impact forces, which ordinary pipes and joints struggle to withstand, often leading to bursts or weld failures. The Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipe acted like a "Sea-Fixing Needle," ensuring the stable operation of the venue's water supply system.
Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipe:Combining the flexibility of plastic pipes with the high strength of a steel wire mesh, it strikes a perfect balance between rigidity and flexibility. Capable of withstanding high water pressure impacts, it is ideally suited to meet the high-frequency and high-standard water supply demands of sports venues.
04. Shenzhen Sports CenterTo welcome the 15th National Games, the Shenzhen Sports Center Stadium was transformed into an immersive professional football stadium with a capacity of 45,000 spectators on its original foundation. This professional football stadium employs advanced acoustic and optical technologies and is equipped with a three-dimensional water supply and drainage system...

As the venue for the Gymnastics (Rhythmic Gymnastics) events, the Pingshan Sports Center bore the important mission of providing athletes with a high-quality competition environment. To ensure the venue fully met standards in structural safety, water supply and drainage, power, and communications, ERA's HDPE Water Supply Series, Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipes, and PVC Communication Corrugated Pipes played a key role.
Smooth inner wall with low friction coefficient, facilitating easy cable pulling and enabling faster, more stable communication signal transmission.
Clearly marked outer wall corrugations for easy port opening and wire routing.
Lightweight material with high ring stiffness, offering corrosion resistance and flame retardancy to safeguard line security even in unexpected situations.

Inside the Dongguan Basketball Arena, a fully upgraded giant four-sided screen and ring screen present every thrilling moment of the game in high definition. Achieving such stunning visual effects relies on the stable and reliable power transmission and signal delivery provided by ERA PVC-U Power Conduits and ERA PVC Communication Corrugated Pipes.

A total of 14 football matches for this National Games were held at this football base. Football events are most averse to rain interference. ERA's HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipes were used here, allowing the field to recover to its original state just 20 minutes after heavy rain. Additionally, ERA's HDPE Water Supply Series provided stable irrigation water for the field, while ERA MPP Power Conduits offered safety protection for the site's power equipment.
08. Shenzhen Guangming Science ParkAs the nation's first large-scale comprehensive urban park themed "Science + Ecology," and also the venue for the Equestrian Triathlon events of these Games, its unique ecological environment posed special challenges for building material performance. ERA specially selected HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipes and Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipes to effectively block potential damage from plant roots to the building structures, ensuring long-term safety for the venue. Combined with products like ERA PE Solid Wall Communication Pipes and ERA PVC Communication Corrugated Pipes, they provided strong support for the scene transmission of the equestrian events.

From power assurance to smooth communication, from stable water supply to efficient drainage... ERA infused the "15th National Games" with "ERA" assurance through technology and dedication. Beyond this, ERA has also participated in the construction of venues like the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, Beijing Winter Olympic Village, Xi'an Olympic Sports Center, and Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, contributing ERA's strength to various sporting events including the Beijing Winter Olympics, Hangzhou Asian Games, Xi'an National Games, and Nanjing Youth Olympics.

In the future, ERA will continue to support events with high-standard, high-quality services and add brilliance to cities! We wish the current National Games a complete success and hope every athlete surpasses themselves and achieves outstanding result.
