ERA BRAND PP coated flanges are manufactured using a carbon steel forged core fully encapsulated with polypropylene (FRPP) via injection molding. Designed for highly corrosive environments, they serve as a cost-effective alternative to traditional galvanized/coated steel flanges.

The product complies with multiple international standards, including GB/9119-2010, ISO 7005-1, DIN 2501/2576, and ASME B16.5. Available in a full size range from DIN15 to DIN800（1/2''-24''）, it supports pressure ratings of PN10/PN16 and 150 CLASS.
