ERA Wins Bid for Midea Group's Exclusive Floor Heating Pipe Project

Recently, with its superior product quality, comprehensive delivery system and professional technical solutions, ERA secured the bid for the 2026 Midea Group Exclusive Floor Heating Pipe Project with the first place in the comprehensive score, marking the official start of a new chapter in all-round strategic cooperation between the two parties.

Its supplier selection process includes a full-dimensional assessment of R&D strength, production capacity, quality control and delivery efficiency, widely recognized as the "touchstone of quality" in the industry. ERA's outstanding performance to become Midea Group's exclusive supplier of floor heating pipes is not only a high recognition of ERA's pipelines by the market, but also a concentrated embodiment of ERA's core competitiveness across the entire chain from product supply and quality to delivery.

In terms of product supply, ERA has built a product system covering 8 major fields including whole-house home decoration, as well as 8 major series with more than 7,000 specifications and types of pipes, fittings and valves such as PE-RT. Taking the successful bid PE-RT floor heating pipes as an example, full-specification products are kept in stock year-round, and a stable supply for half a month can be guaranteed for each specification. Even in the face of emergency demand, ERA can arrange mass production in one day to achieve large-batch supply in a short time, and will never affect the project progress due to delivery issues.

In terms of product quality, the ERA PE-RT Type I floor heating pipes and PE-RT Type I three-layer oxygen barrier floor heating pipes supplied for this project fully meet Midea Group's high standards. The former features excellent temperature resistance with stable performance in the range of -40°C to 70°C; its thermal conductivity is as high as 0.42W/(m·K), saving 20-50% energy compared with traditional heating methods; it is flexible and easy to bend, adapting to the tortuous layout of floor heating systems. The latter adopts a three-layer co-extrusion molding structure with high stability, a smooth inner wall for efficient heat transfer, and an outer EVOH oxygen barrier layer that significantly reduces the oxygen transmission rate of the system (≤0.1g/(m³·d)). It effectively prevents pipeline oxidation and corrosion, inhibits the growth of bacteria and algae in the pipeline, and reduces maintenance costs.
