Recently, the Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Zhejiang Merchants Association released the 2025 series of rankings for Zhejiang's private enterprises. ERA has once again secured a place on four prestigious lists: the "2025 Top 200 Zhejiang Private Enterprises", "2025 Top 200 Zhejiang Manufacturing Private Enterprises", "2025 Top 200 Zhejiang Private Enterprises for R&D Investment", and "2025 Top 200 Zhejiang Private Enterprises for Invention Patents".

This follows previous accolades such as the "National Top 500 Zhejiang Merchants", "Zhejiang Leading Private Economic Headquarters Enterprise", and "Zhejiang Top 100 for R&D Investment". ERA's latest quadruple recognition powerfully underscores its robust capabilities and outstanding performance in comprehensive strength, high-end manufacturing, innovation, R&D, and patent commercialization. It exemplifies key characteristics of Zhejiang's private enterprises: the radiating influence of a global footprint, the focused dedication to mastering its core business, and the dynamic force of sustained innovation investment.
Consolidating the Foundation: Global Expansion with Strategic Scale
With ten major production bases serving as strategic hubs, ERA has built a comprehensive sales network covering China and radiating across the globe, supported by 8,000 sales outlets. This year marked the official operational launch of "ERA Vietnam", its fifth overseas manufacturing/operations base, effectively strengthening its reach in the Southeast Asian market and providing a new pivot for optimizing the global supply chain. The company expands its product offerings at an annual rate of 5%, with over ten thousand products now exported to more than 150 countries and regions worldwide. ERA's solutions are integral to major national projects such as the Shanghai East Hub and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, driving simultaneous growth in both operational scale and market share.

Advancing "New-Quality Manufacturing": Digital Intelligence Factories Achieve Leap in Efficiency
In recent years, ERA has comprehensively advanced the construction of smart factories and digital workshops, equipping them with integrated intelligent systems such as the "Digital Factory Cockpit." This has enabled fully automated operations across the entire production process—from automatic batching and material feeding to handling, assembly, and packaging—driving a profound transformation in manufacturing.
Through intelligent upgrades, ERA has achieved remarkable improvements: a 72.10% increase in per capita production efficiency, a 31.51% reduction in product defect rates, a 38.89% shortening of the R&D cycle, and a 12.14% decrease in energy consumption per RMB 10,000 of output value. This year, the application of advanced technologies like "AI Defect Recognition" has been introduced, achieving a defect recognition rate of ≥99.5% and ensuring an optimal balance between output and quality.

Playing the "Innovation Card": Efficient Transformation of Patent Achievements
Leveraging a collaborative and efficient innovation system built on national-level platforms such as the Postdoctoral Research Station, the National Enterprise Technology Center, the CNAS-accredited National Laboratory, and provincial key enterprise research institutes, ERA continuously increases its average annual R&D investment ratio. In 2024, the R&D expense ratio reached 3.54%, driving the transformation of patent achievements through substantial R&D investment.
For instance, its self-developed impact-resistant and toughening formula has led to a leap in product performance, while its same-floor drainage, odor-prevention, and anti-backflow technology has solved industry-wide challenges. By the end of 2024, the Group had accumulated over 800 national and international patents and presided over or participated in the formulation and revision of more than 134 national (industry) and international standards. Recently, ERA once again led a delegation to an international conference, demonstrating the weight of Chinese manufacturing.

This year, ERA, as a representative of private enterprises, has consistently attracted media attention. This latest recognition is both an honor and a motivation. Moving forward, ERA will steadily enhance its core competitiveness and strive to deepen and solidify its contribution to high-quality regional economic development.
