Custom manifolds combine multiple branch connections into one factory-built header. Branch diameter, spacing, orientation, end connection and overall length can be arranged around the equipment or civil layout.
Typical configurations include:
Water distribution and collection headers
Pump suction and discharge manifolds
Irrigation and fertigation distribution manifolds
Process water and wastewater headers
Aquaculture and water-treatment manifolds
Multiple take-off assemblies for skids and packaged plants
Branches can be arranged at different diameters and orientations according to the approved drawing. Where a fabricated branch or tee is used, the design review also establishes the applicable pressure rating.
