ERA Produced PVC-U Insulating Electrical Pipes& Fittings
Raw Material:
The material is rigid polyvinyl chloride, which has flame-retardant and insulating properties as well as corrosion resistance. No plasticizers are added to the material, making it pest-resistant;
(1) Lightweight: It is only 1/5 the weight of steel pipes. By inserting a corresponding spring, it can be manually bent at room temperature, facilitating transportation, construction and installation. To a certain extent, it reduces the usage of pipe fittings and lowers material and labor costs;
(2) Smooth inner wall: It has strong threading capability and will not cause blockage.
Physical properties: It has strong resistance to low-temperature impact and external pressure, can be installed either exposed or concealed, and is not easy to deform or break under pressure;
Chemical properties: It has excellent corrosion resistance, good flame-retardant and insulating properties. It self-extinguishes within 30 seconds after being away from fire, is not broken down by high voltage, and has good safety performance;
Connection method: Glue bonding, which is convenient and fast, improving installation efficiency;
Service life: 50 years.

Quality Control:
Electrical pipes mainly need to undergo impact performance testing, bending degree testing, and flame retardancy testing;
ERA's quality control process mainly includes the first piece inspection, process inspection, packaging inspection and finished product inspection;
The first piece shall be inspected by producer, mechanic and quality inspection specialist. After it’s confirmed to qualified, then we could start the mass production;
Process inspection shall be randomly conducted by process inspectors every four hours to supervise the quality of bulk order;
Packaging inspection shall be randomly conducted by process inspectors to supervise the quality of goods and packaging during the packaging process.
AS/NZS2053 product testing includes Diameter and wall thickness, Construction, Bending test, Compression test, Impact test(60℃,240h, -5℃,2h), Collapse test(60℃,24h), Pull-out strength of joints, Resistance to heat(60℃,1h).
Product Certification:
A total of 13 international certifications have been obtained, such as Australia's Standardmark, the United States' NSF and UPC, Australia's WATERMARK, Britain's WRAS and KITEMARK certifications, etc.
