ERA Produced PPH THREAD FITTINGS

Intrduction：

In civil buildings area, PPH pipeline is widely used in cold&hot water pipeline system, metallurgical system, chemical transport system, marine system, agricultural irrigation system, semiconductor system and sewage treatment system. PPH is a type of homopolypropylene with high molecular weight and low melt flow rate. Owing to material modification, this material has a uniform and fine beta crystal structure, which not only gives it excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance and good creep resistance, but also endows it with outstanding impact resistance at low temperatures.

Raw Material：

We select the high-quality raw material supplied by Hyosung South Korea after we evaluate the all the raw material performance before selecting;
All the raw materials shall be inspected in accordance with relevant standards, and the unqualified raw materials will be rejected. In addition to physical property testing, all the raw materials shall be assessed the long-term safety such as weather resistance, so as to ensure environmental protection, safety and reliability of our products.

Quality Control：
All products are tested with the standard of IRAM 13478-2.

Sampling inspection items:

I. Appearance inspection: The inner and outer walls shall be smooth and flat, and defects such as bubbles, cracks, obvious marks, depressions, impurities and decomposition discoloration lines are not allowed.
II. Thread inspection: Thread gauges are used to check thread accuracy, which shall comply with the BSPT standard.
III. Hydraulic test: Keep the pressure at 4.2Mpa for one hour at 20℃ without cracking.
