Standard molded fittings solve standard changes of direction and diameter. Projects are rarely that simple.
ERA manufactures PE100 fabricated fittings, manifolds and prefabricated pipe spools for layouts that standard fittings cannot cover — large diameters, non-standard angles, multiple take-offs, equipment connections, compact headers and project-specific tie-ins.
Send us your drawing, line list or connection schedule. Our team can review the layout, develop the fabrication drawing and manufacture the assembly in a controlled pre-fabrication workshop.

ERA's prefabrication workshop spans an area of 7,000 square meters and is equipped with 80+ Rothenberger welding machines capable of welding both pipes and fittings with sizes of up to 1200 mm. The workshop employs a total of 50 staff members, including 25 welders, 5 engineers, 16 auxiliary workers, and 4 quality inspectors. Approximately 100,000 welded joints are produced annually.
